Suzanne J. Forrester Real Estate Brokerage LLC is a real estate company based in Brooklyn, New York.
Founder, Suzanne Forrester was raised in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn and has always had a long time passion for finding out what makes a potential buyer or renter choose one home over another. She learned that the details, character, location and amenities that attracted her to a home, is what attracted others as well. With that in mind, she set out to pursue her passion of being a real estate matchmaker. Upon listening to the desires and wishes of sellers, buyers and renters alike, she sets out to find that perfect match.
Suzanne also prides herself in being the gem finder. Those homes that are true gems that are becoming almost extinct in this land of new condos and co-ops, are her specialty.
As a long time resident of Brooklyn, Suzanne has many friends and contacts who are deciding to move on from family homes to warmer climates, or closer to other family members and friends. She is entrusted to pass these family homes on to that perfect match. She also has long time landlords who seek her out to repeatedly lease their rentals, as she has done for years. Suzanne takes her passion very personally.
